    PagerDuty Files for IPO

    Matt Rosoff, editorial director for CNBC Tech, has found the SEC filings for PagerDuty's IPO. The filing says PagerDuty is looking to raise as much as $100 million in the IPO.

    Cloudflare Raises $150M and Adds to Board of Directors

    Cloudflare announced that it raised $150 million in its latest round of funding, led by Franklin Templeton. The company is also announcing two appointments to its board of directors, Stan Meresman, former CFO of Silicon Graphics, and Maria Eitel, founder and co-chair of the Nike Foundation.

    NVIDIA to Acquire Mellanox for $6.9 Billion

    The acquisition will unite two of the world’s leading companies in high performance computing. Together, NVIDIA’s computing platform and Mellanox’s interconnects power over 250 of the world’s Top 500 supercomputers and have as customers every major cloud service provider and computer maker.

    NGINX to Join F5: Proud to Finish One Chapter and Excited to Start the Next

    F5 and NGINX announced an agreement under which F5 will acquire NGINX for approximately $670 million. Hear from NGINX CEO Gus Robertson on why NGINX + F5 is a powerful combination that will ‘bridge the divide’ between NetOps and DevOps.

    Andreessen Horowitz is Making the Move to San Francisco at Long Last

    One of the last top-tier venture firms to resist coming to San Francisco has apparently decided that it’s time to make the move. The move is notable, even amid a years-long trend of Silicon Valley venture capital firms that have opened offices in San Francisco and, in doing so, shifted the industry’s center of gravity 45 minutes north.
